We are having a recycling event on May 12 from 9am-2pm and need a few volunteers. They will help ladies unload tires and recyclable items from their cars, etc. Not hard work. Also any volunteers from Earth Day projects would be welcome. They or their teachers can reach me at 434-1129.

Freeman Health Academy will be offering 3 separate week long healthcare summer camps for high school students. The camps will be full of hands-on and experiential learning related to healthcare careers, life skills, and job searching skills. Students will not only learn hands-on but they will also get to practice the skills learned in a controlled learning environment. Each camp will consist of 75 students from Jasper, Newton and McDonald County.
The camps we will be offering are Crash Course, Nurse Camp, and Healthcare Career Camp. Each Camp will be a week long day camp. Below are the tentative modules that we will be covering at each camp.

Congrats to the WC Choirs on an outstanding concert last night! These kids have worked their tails off and are ready to go perform in New York!Thanks to all those who have supported the choir students by helping fundraise, donating items, and, most importantly, attending our performances throughout the year.
